Beacon Church Elders And Their Wives
Jamie and Joanne Muir
Jamie and Joanne and have five growing children. Jamies main gifting is teaching of the word and oversight of various training programs. He also has a passion for prayer. Jamie works one day a week as a surgical doctor; he is a founder trustee of the charity “Medic Assist International” and works to support oversees voluntary workers through his work with “Healthlink 360”. Jamie and Joanne are both trustees of BreadTrust with a particular passion for Pakistan.
Glyn and Linda Chapman
Glyn and Linda have been married for 38 years. Linda helps with ladies groups, Alpha and with children's work. They have two children, Emma and Andrew, both working and living close to London. Glyn and Linda have until recently run their own business and alongside this have been involved in church leadership in Rugby and Nuneaton before moving to the Whitchurch area in 2018. Glyn is a worship leader and carries a prophetic heart, encouraging all to enjoy the abundant life God gives and to share this with others.
Adrian and Denise Moore
Adrian & Den have been married since 1981 and come from a background in financial services. They have previously served in church leadership in Scarborough as pastors and together they now lead the pastoral care team at Beacon, with a shared passion to love, support, and walk alongside others. Den also facilitates the ladies’ events at Beacon, while Adrian serves as a chaplain at Whitchurch local community hospital. They are blessed with a wonderful church-serving family, including their son, daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter. Outside of church life, Adrian enjoys walking the caminos to Santiago de Compostela, having completed several in recent years, and Den loves cooking and baking.

In addition to the elders and their wives, Beacon Church is served by some great men and women, working with the elders to look after the day-to-day activities of the church.
Other Leaders
There are many others who give freely of their time to lead different areas of ministry. Some of these include children and youth work, connect groups, worship, pastoral, outreach, prayer and admin.
